About the Role
As an intern Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll have a really hands-on role, leading our digital marketing activities. You’ll be doing all kinds of things, such as planning, creating and delivering social media content, producing written content such as blogs and guides, and creating email marketing campaigns to increase sales.
You’ll be creating campaigns with the goal of increasing engagement from each of our audience segments, to increase sales. You’ll also collaborate with our business development manager to support in creating campaigns to target our b2b customers.
You will be based in Cardiff and it will be a remote position. You may need to travel around Cardiff for various marketing activities.
Start Date: January 2021
Internship Length: 8 Weeks
Hours: 35 Per Week (Flexible Hours)
Salary: £10 Per Hour
This role is most suitable for graduates as we hope this will lead to a full time position following.
You’ll need to be super creative, confident in front of a camera, and great at writing. You’ll need to be a social media expert, understanding how each different platform works, what content is most effective for each platform, and who the audience are on each platform. If you’ve got a sense of humour and some ideas for great viral posts, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
You’ll need to be able to create video, written and graphic content, but we’re not expecting you to be an expert graphic designer as you’ll be able to work with our designer to produce anything you need. We just need creative ideas and the confidence to make short videos.
An understanding of digital marketing activities is essential, although you’ll have plenty of opportunities to further expand your knowledge on the job. So, don’t worry if you don’t know everything already.
- Plan, create and manage social media content and schedules across all platforms.
- Manage all social media platforms
- Create short video content for platforms such as Instagram and Tik Tok.
- Design and create written content, such as blogs and guides.
- Create email marketing campaigns
- Identify products to market specific to each segment and implement that into campaigns
Deliverbuzz is a tech start up, founded and based in Cardiff. We provide 30-60-minute delivery from local retailers, supermarkets and restaurants. We provide couriers, that collect and deliver orders to local customers. We also provide our technology on a subscription basis to local businesses in order for them to offer their own delivery management, click and collect, or table service ordering.
